• If you have not turned in your $5 donation for your agenda, please do so as soon as you can if possible. We will be using these throughout the year for projects, expectation cards, login information, and other assignments. 
• Multiplication Quiz using estimation and traditional algorithm next Wednesday 8/30/17. This video is great to use if you need a refresher:) There is also lots of fun practice on the blog under the Math tab.
• If you did not finish making your Destiny Reading List in the Library this morning, try logging in and completing it. Remember to use your AR username and password.
• DAR Essay due 10/27. More info to come.

Parents, 

You and your child are able to order Scholastic books throughout the year, and your orders benefit our classroom book collection as well. When you order Scholastic Books and use my class code L4B27 , the class earns points which I can then use to purchase books for our classroom library for free or at a discounted rate. Books for home and books for school - win / win:) You can order any time online (I cannot accept cash or checks) and the books will be shipped here to school for me to pass out to students. Take a look at this month's options and see if anything interests you. I will be closing out orders for this cycle (so I can have them shipped) on Monday of next week. But, orders can be accepted all year (close out dates or just to ensure timely delivery for those ordering). There is a link to Scholastic Books on the right hand side of the blog for your convenience.
