Important Dates Updated 1/13/16

Jan. 15th - CPA Presentation/Speech with Posters (to be presented in your ELA block)

• Students are encouraged to practice their speeches at home with their posters. Practice makes perfect:) 

Jan. 19th - County CPA Competition at NOHS (this is optional - but highly encouraged)

• Transportation to the after school event will be provided by 4H (a note from home is required - transportation note is due by this Friday 1/15/16). Parents will need to pick up their student following the event at NOHS. The event should conclude between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm in the NOHS auditorium. Registration is at 3:45 and presentations will start at approximately 4:15. Parents are welcome to attend. 

Feb. 5th - Young Georgia Author's Writing Competition Typed Piece Due

• Students are required to submit one piece of original typed writing. It can be a poem, a short story, a short screenplay, etc.
