CELEBRITY BASH 2015 - A few reminders...

-Set-up: 7:50-8:20 (mainly setting up tents/tables), break for Graduation and Awards, then finish up 10:00-11:00 am

-Party: 11:00am-2:00pm on the "MBES Studios" Front Lawn (prizes/souvenir back in classroom at 2:00)

PLS SEND WITH YOUR CHILD (if you have not already):

-reusable sports bottle (mark your child's name on it)

-towel for seating

-change of clothes (shorts, socks, tennis shoes) to go with their Red Bash t-shirt for after graduation (definitely send RED BASH SHIRT too!)

NEED A FEW MORE 2nd SHIFT VOLUNTEERS

Set-up and most of Shift 1 look pretty good, but we do still need a few more volunteers - most importantly we need a few more game, food, etc. volunteers for the 2nd shift.  Volunteering here is really easy and you will definitely have some "down" time!  Some of the games just involve hanging out by inflatables and making sure not too many kids on it at one time - great view of whole party from here!  If you need to leave by 2:00, that is no problem with this 2nd shift.   :-)

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN (and NEW... we will have LUNCH/SNACKS for ALL volunteers!):

Please stop by the DJ Booth to check in for food / game volunteers for the 1st shift (10:30) or 2nd shift (12:30) to get your "assignment." Please too fill out a nametag here - all volunteers will wear a white nametag!  Set-up volunteers will have maps and will be setting up tents and tables before graduation and then finishing up with this and food area, drinks, and putting out game supplies as soon as Awards are done.  Pls jump in and help as you arrive!

Volunteers - Feel free to wear RED if you would like (optional).  :-)

PRIZE PICK-UP at 2:00 in CLASSROOMS:

Please note we will have a bunch of prizes that your child could win and also another Celebrity "souvenir" for the 5th graders to pick up in their homeroom when they return there at 2:00.  You must be present to redeem your prize (or we will go to the next name on the list), so just let your child be aware of this "F-U-N" back in their classrooms after the party ends.

Looking forward to making their final day at MBES "award-winning" before they walk the red carpet to MBMS!!!
