HELP PLEASE

Parents and Students,

Many of you have sent in the permission form for the field trip, but many forms came back without the $5.00 donation. Please get that money in by TOMORROW the 6th. The actual cost of the field trip has been reduced greatly thanks to a generous donation by an anonymous donor. However, your $5.00 donation is needed to provide transportation. If you are like me and can not remember if you have sent in your money - just shoot me an email and I can let you know. 

Secondly, this year our 5th grade BIG BASH committee did an amazing thing!  They made 5th grade t-shirts special for just 5th graders that will serve as both their field day t-shirt as well as their BIG BASH t-shirt. This is awesome because you only have to pay for one:)  Please send in your $10 donation for that t-shirt as well. And what is even cooler is the t-shirt does not say anything "elementary" so it can be worn next year at MBMS!  Thanks BIG BASH parents!

Finally, 5th Grade Awards will be held in the gym the last day of school (May 20th) starting at 8:30. We hope to keep it within an hour. The ceremony will conclude with our traditional "Last Walk" through the halls followed by BIG BASH on the front lawn about 11:00 am. If you wish to check your child out early that day you will need to sign them out in the front office or with their homeroom teacher. 

I know (believe me I know) this is a busy, crazy, and exciting time of year. We appreciate everything you do in helping us to make your child's last year in elementary school (sniff sniff) go out with a bang!
