Anytime Suggestions:

• Read anything you want, to yourself or anyone else...nightly. Audio books count:) I can always suggest a few of my favorites if you need suggestions:) When you finish a book don't forget to track it on your spreadsheet! I can't wait to see what people have read and enjoyed:)
• Write anytime you want:)  Add to stories currently "in progress" in your Writing Folder, or keep a journal at home. Anytime we write, we are also learning!
• Practice Reading / ELA / Math skills using IXL.
• Practice multiplication and division facts if needed using AAA math.
• Explore the blog sites related to current topic of study in each subject. Let me know via email any links that are not working please:)

WEEK OF AUGUST 29-SEPTEMBER 2

• Read 30 minutes/night, 5 nights/week. This should be completed by Sunday. Log minutes in your Novel Study notebook reading log. Please make sure you are reading a book on your level! 

• Complete 45 minutes of practice in IXL language arts. The topics to work in this week are: context clues and correlating conjunctions. 

• Bill of Rights SUMMATIVE on Friday. Study notes in Social Studies folder, as well as yellow workbook pages 111-116. 

• Bridge to Terabithia Quiz over chapters 5-8 on Friday.

• Quiz on conjunctions, prepositions, and interjections on Friday.
